COMPETENT PERSON’S REPORT

According to HKEx listing rule chapter 18.05, new applicant of a Mineral Company must include a Competent Person’s Report in its listing document.

According to HKEx listing rule chapter 18.09, a Mineral Company proposing to acquire or dispose of assets which are solely or mainly Mineral or Petroleum Assets as part of a Relevant Notifiable Transaction must produce a Competent Person’s Report, which must form part of the relevant circular.

According to HKEx listing rule chapter 18.15 A listed issuer that publicly discloses details of Resources and/or Reserves must give an update of those Resources and/or Reserves once a year in its annual report, in accordance with the reporting standard under which they were previously disclosed or a Reporting Standard.

According to HKEx listing rule chapter 18.16 A Mineral Company must include an update of its Resources and/or Reserves in its annual report in accordance with the Reporting Standard under which they were previously disclosed.
