Mr. Paul Hung is responsible for land, real property, mining and business valuation in greater china and overseas, for purpose of IPO, circular, public announcement, auditing and etc. Before joining AP Appraisal Ltd., Mr. Paul hung worked as associate director in CBRE Ltd. and Savills Plc., and was responsible for the business valuation in Hong Kong and the PRC for purpose of IPO, circular, public announcement, auditing and etc. Mr. Paul Hung used to work in venture capital company and responsible for valuation of different mineral resources projects in china and overseas, direct investment, and worked as vice mine manager for acquired mine company. He was in charge of exploration, mining, metallurgy, environment, safety, and other daily operation including technical operation, cost control, and risk management.

Mr. Paul Hung provided professional valuation services for Bea (0023.Hk), COFCO (906.Hk), Macausjm (880.Hk), Tenwow Intl (1219.Hk), Oceanus (Ocgl.Sgx), Hanking Group (3788.Hk), BBMG Group (2009.Hk), China Investment Fund (612.Hk), Real Gold Mining (0246.Hk), International Mining Machinery (1683.Hk), Western Mining (601168.Ss), Lung Ming Mining, Grand TG Gold (8299.Hk), Newtimes Energy (166.hk), etc. Mr. Paul hung has over 10 years’ experience on valuation of mineral resources projects in Hong Kong and the PRC. Mr. Paul hung is a competent evaluator according to HKEx Listing Rule Chapter 18.
